In April 2006 starts the new session of professional qualification courses, implemented jointly by the FLGR Training Center and the Sofia University, Public Administration Department. The courses are designed for the representatives of municipal and regional administrations, NGOs and business sector.

- Protocol and Formality;
- Policy Development in the Public Sector;
- International Negotiating;
- HR Management; - Structural Funds, Operative Programs and Project Funding in 2007 - 2013.
