2009/06/29: Second Round Table
On the 26 June 2009 in Plovdiv FLGR carried out the second Round table in a series of three under the "NGOs - Reliable Partners For Development" Project on the issue of "Partnership and clear vision for development - precondition for successful project financing".
More than 60 representatives of NGOs and municipal experts from the South Central Planning Region took part in the meeting.
At the Round table methods and instruments for carrying our effective policy for sustainable development of the communities and possibilities for fundraising through projects were discussed.

- Nine steps for the common future of the Devetaki plateau;
- Partnership for sustainable development of the Rhodopa mountain;
- Funding of activities in fulfilling the local developmeny strategy in the municipalities of Bratya Daskalovi, Brezovo and Rakovski; and
- For a clean village - partnership between NGOs, local authorities and business I Stara Zagora Municipality.

The working meeting was finalized with a useful discussion and elaborating recommendations both to NGOs and local governments on community initiatives and their funding.
