The main objective of the project is to build and improve the capacity of local authorities, NGOs and business in the municipalities of Dimovo, Valchedrum, Ugarchin, Hairedin and Krivodol to work in partnership and look for common solutions of problems, which are of importance to the local community through a participatory approach.

Based on preliminary needs assessment survey the main target groups will undergo a wide range of specific training modules and will take part in various activities stimulating public dialogue. As a results of which local communities within the 5 target municipalities will be introduced to a new model and effective methodology for finding solutions to existing local problems involving active citizen participation and encouraging the public dialogue between all interested parties within the local community.
