The main objective of the project is: Development of a sustainable model for teenage trafficking  prevention among teenagers from 6 high schools in Dimitrovgrad, Kardzhali, Rakitovo and Kostandovo. These also include special high schools - a special care school, a health school and a Social educational and professional center in the four towns.

THE VILLAGE TAKES THE FLOOR - citizen monitoring of the implementation of the municipal  programme for the development of small villages within Pleven Municipality Pleven

Community Fund - Community Centers (Chitalishta)
The main practice introduced was citizen monitoring. This approach included activities which were not only supplementary to citizen monitoring, but also established new information channels that were easily accessible and suitable for village residents.

Citizen monitoring of the activities of the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission - monitoring of the implementation of the involvement of citizens in the advisory process and the activities of SEWRC as provided by law

The
main goal of the project was ensuring effective citizen participation in the decision-making process of the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission. In order to achieve this, conditions had to be created for clear, transparent and effective dialogue between the regulator and the users, monitoring had to be carried out on the activity of the regulatory agency and citizen awareness had to be raised regarding the existing mechanisms for citizen participation in the activities of the regulator.
