At a mayor’s initiative with the support of well known public figures and representatives of the community in Beloslav Municipality was established the “Elders’ Council”.
To become Council members were invited well known public figures from the past of the town, people with experience and knowledge who have participated in the development of Beloslav as a town with history and traditions, who will contribute for its future development as an European town.
New ideas and proposals were approved as a priority for the town development. Life of older people attained new meaning, they don’t feel isolated and eliminated from the public life of the town anymore. In their conscious was awakened past pulse, it was their idea to cooperate for the writing of a book on the past and the present of Beloslav and the envisaged future, as the book is going to be published with the support of the municipality under the auspices of the mayor.
