The Training Centre of FLGR jointly with Utilities Services in Sofia on the 23 and 24 October 2008 held a course entitled "Writing and managing projects on city water treatment plants".

The goal of the course was to provide practical knowledge and information on the process of information gathering, its financial and technical analyses in justifying a proposal for water treatment plant building.

Municipal infrastructure experts took part in the training.
