FLGR provides logistical support to the initiative of the Swiss Agency for Cooperation and Development and the Swiss Embassy in Sofia to provide computers and office equipment to organizations and institutions from small towns in the country. Those town halls, community centers, etc. are often unable to update their workstations, although their work is crucial for the settlements.

In response to the stated needs to  Bulgarian organizations and institutions were provided more than 900 computers and laptops. Among the beneficiaries were: municipal administrations, village administrations, local NGOs, public libraries, schools, kindergartens, specialised social institutions, hospitals, one museum.

In 2017 for 5th consecutive year FLGR provided logistical support to the initiative of the Swiss Agency for Cooperation and Development and the Swiss Embassy in Sofia - Programme Re-Start, phase 11, to provide computers and office equipment to organisations and institutions from small settlements in the country.

In response to the stated needs 68 workstations, laptops, printers and servers were granted to:
- municipal administrations - 5;
- non-governmental organizations - 3;
- municipal rehabilitation center - 1;
- regional library - 1.
