Partners of FLGR in the Citizen Monitoring towards Effective Management of Public Resources Project will be municipalities of Kyustendil, Gotse Delchev and Knezha.

Bilateral Memoranda for cooperaton were signed between the partners of the project.

In each of the municipalities the project will be presented to the public and the media.

A study of the quality of public services in three municipalities will take place:

• Among the local businesses - through a questionnaire on key areas of services provision in the municipality;
• Among citizens and NGOs - through conducting three focus groups (one in each municipality).

The goal is one key area of monitoring in the area of public services for each municipality to be defined.
