On January 14, 2011 in Kyustendil with the help of with the Municipality of Kyustendil FLGR team had two working discussions.

The first one was with the representatives of Kyustendil Chamber of Commerce. The second discussion was with representatives of local NGOs.

The topic of the discussion were the services provided by municipality and their evaluation in correlation with the local fees and taxes paid by the citizens. They were part of the survey that aims to define the type / service type to be monitored with the participation of citizens in the framework of the "Citizen Monitoring towards Effective Management of Public Resources”.
