The first monitoring reports of municipal services were elaborated and handed out to the leadership of the 3 pilot municipalities.

FLGR registered relatively high interest to the monitoring:

-         Green areas maintenance - Kyustendil Municipality: 56 citizens filled in the questionnaires, one photo-blog created;

-         Waste collection / transportation - Municipality Gotse Delchev; 96 questionnaires filled in;

-         Home social patronage and - Municipality Knezha: 134 questionnaires, filled in by 25% of the users of the service;

-         Maintenance of municipal roads and street network - Municipality Knezha: 24 people participated the monitoring.
