On October 17, 2011 in the Blue Room of "Bratstvo 1869" Community Centre, Kyustendil, were officially awarded the certificates for successfully completed training "Citizen journalism" organized by the Foundation for Local Government Reform. Representatives of community centers, NGOs and small businesses and student participated the training.

The training was part of the project "Monitoring of the effective management of public funds", funded by the Foundation "America for Bulgaria".
