2011/12: End of the monitoring period
In November and December 2011 the last monthly – 5th and 6th monitoring reports were elaborated and presented to the leadership of the 3 pilot municipalities.
The citizen monitoring was held on the public services at local level as follows:
- Green areas maintenance - Kyustendil Municipality
- Waste collection / transportation - Municipality Gotse Delchev
- Home social patronage and - Municipality Knezha
- Maintenance of municipal roads and street network - Municipality Knezha
In January the results of the six months will be finalized by elaboration of summarizing reports.
