Prevention of the Corruption on Local Level, April - June 2010

Foundation for Local Government Reform carries out Distance learning course (DLC) "Prevention of the Corruption on Local Level", developed in accordance of the Methodology of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-HABITAT). The course will also introduce anti-corruption measures in the field of public procurement at local level.

The online training course consists of six lectures in Bulgaria and Final Test. It takes place in the following time schedule: 14 April - 2 June 2010.

The course graduates will receive a Certificate by FLGR.

By the beginning of June 2010 Distance learning course (DLC) "Prevention of the Corruption on Local Level" was completed.

The course was interesting and quite useful. My personal highest assessment goes to the practical tools, presented as part of the course. I believe that with the methodology, even perfect, without the right and proper tools a person (or a team) could not cope with the problems, discussed in the course.
