Foundation for Local Government Reform
Professional Qualification


The Center for Training and Qualification within the Foundation for Local Government Reform was established in 2003 aiming at institutionalizing the training activities offered by FLGR.


A contract for cooperation between FLGR and Sofia University was concluded aiming at developing certified long-term professional courses designed for municipal experts. FLGR Training Center conduct s this type of training in partnership with a wide range of faculty members, and municipal officials on the following topics:
