As a result of the administrative compliance assessment 62 (16,19%) project proposals did not match the administrative criteria out of 383 project proposals submitted under the second call for proposals under the NGO Fund Bulgaria within the EEA FM.
Under the three priority areas their distribution is as follows:
Priority area 1: Protection of the environment and promotion of sustainable development
Number of projects submitted: 103
Number of projects that will undergo a qualitative assessment by external evaluators: 84
Indicative budget (second call) - 334 447 euro
Priority area 2: Provision and development of social services, such as in health and childcare
Number of projects submitted: 150
Number of projects that will undergo a qualitative assessment by external evaluators: 119
Indicative budget (second call) - 316 171 euro
Priority area 3: Development of civil society and protection of human rights
Number of projects submitted: 130
Number of projects that will undergo a qualitative assessment by external evaluators: 116
Indicative budget (second call) - 218 275 euro
